This was a great project for us but also more of a challenging one due to the excess of water in the area. Bowes Construction performed a few different tasks for this project. First off in the fall of 2020 Bowes Construction completed the initial grading and earthwork of the Residential Housing complex. This required the use of a grader, excavator, and other heavy equipment machines. Once the grading was taken care of the complex was built by another company. Upon completion Bowes Construction went back to pave the parking section in the parking lot. This required (Tons of asphalt) and collaboration with other construction companies to complete the job. We appreciate the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe for working with us and look forward to completing more projects for them in the future!
