In August of 2021 Bowes Construction had the pleasure to work with the Madison Regional Airport. This job consisted of the utilization of a few different services. The goal for the project was to create another parking pad for planes and other airport transportation. First off, the site was cleared with an excavator and blade. The black dirt was then hauled off site by our Kenworth truck fleet. Once cleared and stripped, the area was leveled and graded off. After completion of site clearing, basecourse was hauled in to prepare the area for paving. The basecourse was then packed and prepped for paving. Next the area was paved with our high-quality asphalt. Finally, the area outside the parking space was backfilled for site levelness. Thank you, Madison Regional Airport, for working with us!
