Dana J. Dykhouse Football Stadium was no small task for Bowes Construction and was probably one of the most memorable projects completed in 2016. This project required all hands on deck as there were multiple elements associated with this project. First off-site clearing and earth moving took place, by removing the original layer off the field and grading around the stadium to prepare for paving. Next, Bowes Construction completed the drainage work needed to ensure that the stadium drained properly and could handle the harsh winters and wet springs in South Dakota. Bowes then helped install the turf on the field as well as the asphalt underneath and around the stadium. This project was finally completed in 2016 before the start of the Jackrabbit Football season!
