Lunch n Learn Trainings

Miners Safety and Health Administration Training (MSHA)
Each year at Bowes Construction Inc., we conduct annual Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) training with our employees to ensure a strong commitment to safety in all aspects of our work. This comprehensive training focuses on safe mining practices, best equipment operation procedures, and continuing education on the latest safety regulations and standards. By prioritizing MSHA training, we ensure our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain a safe working environment, protect our employees, and uphold industry best practices. Equipment Maintenance Training in Partnership with Butler Cat
Each year we, at Bowes Construction Inc., in partnership with Butler Cat, provide equipment maintenance training for our employees. This training ensures that our team stays up to date with the latest maintenance practices, understands what to do when equipment breaks down, and knows how to keep equipment safe and in optimal working condition. By investing in this training, we ensure our equipment remains reliable, safe to operate, and ready for any job, ultimately helping us maintain efficiency and uphold the highest safety standards in the field.

All DOT drivers must undergo random pre-employment and quarterly drug and alcohol testing.

Sustainability
Bowes Construction has a company-wide policy to keep environmental responsibility a top priority at the workplace.
