The Statewide Transportation Improvement Program known as “STIP” is a four-year program that lists projects that have been coordinated efforts of the Department of Transportation, state and federal agencies, Transportation Commission, local and tribal governments, public agencies, transportation providers, citizens, metropolitan planning organizations, and other dedicated parties.
The STIP identifies highway and infrastructure improvements to enhance, preserve, and better South Dakota’s transportation infrastructure. Bowes Construction was happy to be a part of the STIP and the 20th Street South Interchange is the cover photograph for the program.
At Bowes Construction we have been the prime contractor on the 20th Street South Interchange and are excited to finalize completion!
